Role Overview
We are looking for Telesales Trainees to join our Customer Support & Sales team. This is a voice + WhatsApp-based role where you will speak to interested customers, understand their needs, explain products, and help them complete their purchase while also resolving basic queries with patience and empathy.
Perfect for freshers who are confident on call, comfortable with targets, and eager to build a career in sales/customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Calls & WhatsApp
- Make outbound calls to leads generated from website, ads, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Attend inbound calls from customers for product and order-related queries.
- Follow up with interested customers who have added to cart / enquired but not yet purchased.
- Communicate with customers on WhatsApp for sharing product details, images, links, and offers.
Sales & Conversions
- Understand customer's need (problem, budget, purpose health, spirituality, gifting, etc.).
- Suggest the right products (Rudraksha, gemstones, malas, pooja items) based on their requirement.
- Clearly explain product benefits, pricing, offers, and delivery timelines.
- Convert leads into orders by building trust and handling basic objections.
- Work towards daily/weekly targets for calls, conversions, and revenue.
Customer Support
- Help customers with order status, tracking, basic returns/exchange queries (as per policy).
- Maintain a polite, patient and respectful tone at all times especially with spiritual customers.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team / supervisor when required.
Documentation & Reporting
- Update call outcomes, lead status, and customer notes in the system/CRM/Excel.
- Tag reason for non-conversion (price, confusion, delay, etc.) to help improve processes.
- Share daily reports on calls made, connections, conversions, and key customer feedback.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
- Experience:
- Freshers are welcome.
- 01 year experience in telesales / customer support / BPO / call centre / e-commerce preferred.
- Language:
- Strong Hindi speaking is a must.
- Basic English understanding is required for reading offers, messages, tools, etc.
- Skills:
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge comfortable with WhatsApp Web, Excel/Google Sheets, and calling tools.
- Discipline in maintaining call logs, follow-ups, and closure.
- Other:
- Comfortable with 6-day working, office-based role in Sector 27, Gurgaon.
- Positive attitude, learning mindset, and openness to feedback.
