We're looking for a strategic, hands-on
Content Manager to lead our content engine end-to-endfrom planning and production to publishing and performance. The ideal candidate is an excellent writer-editor with a strong sense of brand voice, audience needs, and business outcomes. You'll work closely with marketing, design, product, and leadership teams to create content that drives awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the content strategy and editorial calendar across channels (blog, social media, website, email, landing pages, video scripts, etc.)
- Manage the content pipeline: briefs drafts reviews publishing distribution
- Write and/or edit high-quality content ensuring clarity, brand consistency, tone, and SEO best practices
- Collaborate with design, performance marketing, product, and sales teams to align content with campaign goals and business priorities
- Build and maintain content guidelines, style guides, and brand voice standards
- Optimize content for reach and performance using SEO, content repurposing, and distribution tactics
- Track content performance (traffic, engagement, leads, conversions) and present insights + action plans
- Mentor/manage writers (in-house or freelance): assignments, feedback, quality checks, timelines
- Ensure strong review governance and stakeholder alignment to avoid last-minute changes and delays
Requirements
- 36 years of experience in content writing/marketing, with at least 12 years in a content ownership/manager role
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English with an eye for detail
- Working knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and on-page optimization
- Ability to manage multiple content projects with strong prioritization and deadline discipline
- Comfort with CMS tools (WordPress/Webflow or similar) and basic analytics (GA4/Search Console or equivalent)
- A portfolio showcasing strategy-led content (blogs, landing pages, campaigns, social, etc.)
Preferred Skills (Nice To Have)
- Experience in building content for lead generation / performance marketing
- Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs/SEMrush, SurferSEO, Grammarly, Notion/Trello, Canva/Figma
- Understanding of content funnels, lifecycle journeys, and conversion copywriting
- Experience managing freelancers/agencies and maintaining content quality at scale
