Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research within the devotional, mythology, and spiritual space to create rich, meaningful content
- Lead and manage a team of in-house and freelance content writers, editors, and content contributors
- Develop and execute monthly and seasonaleditorial calendarsaligned with marketing campaigns
- Plan and oversee the creation of content formats like eBooks, infographics, quizzes, and marketing copy in bothEnglish and Hindi
- Set and maintainquality benchmarksfor all published content; implement effectiveediting processes
- Review and approve articles for cohesiveness, originality, and alignment with brand voice
- Ensure all content isSEO-friendlyand optimized for engagement across digital platforms
- Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to align content strategy with business goals
- Usecontent analyticsand user insights to refine content performance and improve outcomes
- Manage timelines, resource planning, and content pipelines for timely publishing
- Mentor junior writers, provide structured feedback, and build scalable team processes
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in content writing/editing, preferably in digital publishing or devotional/spiritual domains
- Strong leadership andteam management skillsability to guide, mentor, and grow a content team
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills inboth English and Hindi
- Deep interest in Indian culture, mythology, and spirituality
- Experience in setting up scalable content operations and workflows
- Strong understanding ofSEO, content analytics, and content performance tools
- Highly process-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment
