The Role :

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Content Manager to lead our content creation efforts. You will be at the forefront of developing and executing innovative content strategies, ensuring that our brands resonate with their target audiences and establish a strong presence on YouTube. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with big brands and creators, and make a significant impact on our clients success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy & Direction: Spearhead the development and execution of engaging content strategies for various YouTube channels, aligning with client objectives and industry best practices.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with a dynamic team of video editors, writers, and other team members, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
- Trend Research & Format Innovation: Conduct in-depth research on emerging video formats, trends, and audience preferences to drive innovation and ensure content relevance.
- Content Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire content creation pipeline, from conceptualization (scripting, storyboarding) and production (shooting, set design) to post-production (editing, visualization, process optimization)
- Quality Assurance & Brand Alignment: Maintain the highest standards of content quality, ensuring that all videos align with the YouTube4Brands brand identity and client's brand guidelines.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as views, watch time, CTR, and retention, using data-driven insights to optimize content performance.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously seek opportunities to expand knowledge of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and audience engagement strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience in content creation, content management, or a related field, with a strong focus on YouTube.
- Creative Vision: A creative mind with a keen eye for visual storytelling and a deep understanding of video formats.
- Leadership & Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable content strategies.
- Communication & Coordination: Exceptional communication, coordination, and execution skills.
- Industry Awareness: Strong interest in, and knowledge of, the current digital media landscape.
Ideal Candidate:
- If you have scaled YouTube channels from scratch.
- Have attention to detail.
- Quick judgement of whether a video will work or not.
- Ability to capture audience attention by creating retention heavy videos.
- Well versed with all the YouTube Analytics tools.
