Job Responsibilities:
. Assists in developing and implementing Business-to-Consumer (B2C) campaign strategies and plans across paid, owned, and earned channels for various markets, under the guidance of senior Content Managers.
. Contributes to the market Public Relations (PR) and Influencer Marketing (IM) strategy implementation, following established guidelines to drive media success and nurture relationships with media outlets.
. Works under general supervision and established processes, utilizing independent judgment to navigate and adhere to operational policies, ensuring compliance and optimal performance.
. Participates in defining and executing the strategy for owned social media and content planning, collaborating with creative teams to create engaging content for different platforms.
. Assists in monitoring campaign performance and adheres to campaign success measurement frameworks, reporting findings to senior Content Managers.
. Supports in establishing and maintaining adherence to an end-to-end campaign success measurement framework, contributing to campaign performance monitoring and implementing improvements based on insights.
. Assists in evaluating strategic recommendations for alignment with market communications strategy, providing input to optimize campaign effectiveness.
. Assists in identifying potential synergies across different zones, collaborating with cross-functional teams under the guidance of the Content Manager.
. Participates in conducting evaluations during and after campaigns across Public Relations (PR) and Influencer Marketing (IM) touchpoints, contributing insights to inform strategy and best practices.

Minimum required Education:
Bachelor's Degree/ Vocational Education in Communication, Marketing, Media or equivalent.
Minimum required Experience:
minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in Digital Marketing, Social Owned Media, Campaign Management, Public Relations in Healthcare or Consumer Goods domain or equivalent.
