Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. Key tasks include market research, preparing proposals tailored to client requirements, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential growth areas is also an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including the ability to identify prospects, build relationships, and close deals
- Proven capabilities in market research and strategic planning
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales techniques
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure solutions and services is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable
