Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. They will analyze market trends, create strategies to achieve revenue targets, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution. Additionally, the role involves generating new leads and presenting business strategies to promote business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strategic thinking and abilities in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Business Forecasting
  • Strong proficiency in Negotiation, Proposal Creation, and Contract Management
  • Effective Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and business analytics is a plus
  • Experience in the tourism or travel sector will be considered advantageous
