Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet clients business needs. The role also involves monitoring market trends and competitor activities to drive business growth and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Sales Forecasting
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative business strategies
  • Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Experience with CRM tools and data analysis software is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
