Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager at Tripearltech. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics and related cloud solutions, and build a healthy pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, and partnership development. The role involves conducting discovery calls, understanding client requirements, collaborating with technical and consulting teams to shape proposals, and presenting tailored solution offerings to decision-makers. The Business Development Manager will negotiate commercial terms, support contract closure, and maintain ongoing relationships with key accounts to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include market research, tracking industry trends, maintaining accurate CRM records, preparing regular sales forecasts, and working closely with marketing to align campaigns with business development goals.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in IT services, SaaS, or enterprise software, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics or related technologies.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, opportunity qualification, pipeline management, and deal closing within B2B environments.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions (ERP, CRM, cloud, and application development) in clear business terms to diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships at multiple organizational levels.
  • Experience working collaboratively with pre-sales, consulting, and delivery teams to develop proposals, RFP responses, and solution demonstrations.
  • Comfort working in a remote, results-driven environment with strong self-organization, time management, and follow-through.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and basic sales analytics for forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience); prior experience in the Microsoft ecosystem is a plus.
