About The Role
We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition for US IT Staffing
and Accounting/Financial Outsourcing services. The role involves end-to-end sales ownership, including
lead generation, client pitching, proposal development, and account management while working with US
based clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify and target US-based clients (IT companies, CPAs, SMBs, enterprises)
- Execute cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
- Generate and qualify leads for:
- IT Staffing (W2, C2C, 1099 roles)
- Accounting services (bookkeeping, tax, payroll)
Client Pitching & Consultation
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements
- Deliver sales presentations, demos, and service pitches
- Speak confidently about:
- IT services & technical hiring
- US accounting concepts (GAAP basics, tax, bookkeeping)
Proposal Development & Closures
- Prepare customized business proposals and pricing models
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Manage complete sales cycle (prospecting → closure)
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and deals in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Track pipeline, follow-ups, and conversion metrics
Account Management
- Build strong relationships with newly acquired clients
- Ensure smooth transition to delivery/recruitment/accounting teams
- Drive long-term retention and upselling
Market Research
- Stay updated with:
- US IT staffing trends
- US accounting & outsourcing market
- Identify new business opportunities and competitor strategies
Requirements
- 2–5 years in B2B Business Development / US Sales
- Experience in: US IT staffing OR US accounting / KPO / outsourcing services
- Preferred ability in lead generation, client acquisition, and closing high-value deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
