We are looking for a Business Development Manager who's excited about driving growth, building client relationships, and making real impact in the industrial tech space.
What You will Do
- Identify and connect with manufacturing leaders to drive awareness and adoption of digital solutions
- Promote our consulting and SaaS offerings through targeted outreach, events, and digital campaigns
- Generate qualified leads, create proposals, and close deals that deliver value
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that solve real factory problems
- Represent digiXLT at industry events, webinars, and digital channels
- Gather market insights and customer feedback to shape our growth strategy
Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with CXOs and plant heads
- Engineering background (mandatory); MBA is a plus
- Exposure to digital technologies (IoT, AI, Analytics) and/or manufacturing processes is desirable
- Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
- Passionate about tech, growth, and solving industrial challenges
