About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and growth-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role involves building strong relationships, driving partner acquisition, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting overall growth. If you are confident, target-driven, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard new partners/clients.
Develop and implement strategies to grow business revenue.
Build and maintain strong long-term professional relationships.
Conduct market research to identify trends and new business opportunities.
Manage sales pipelines and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of business growth plans.
Attend events, meetings, and presentations as required.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and partnership activities.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
2-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (education sector preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet targets and work under minimal supervision.
Proactive, confident, and goal-oriented personality.
Good presentation skills and professional attitude.
