Futran Solutions is seeking experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Industry: IT Services, IT Consulting & Staffing Services

Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500016 , India

Work Mode: On-Site / In-office

Shift Timings: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Experience Required: 7- 10 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in IT Services, Consulting, and Staffing Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, acquiring clients, managing key accounts, and expanding staffing and consulting engagements across the market.

The candidate should possess a strong understanding of IT staffing, recruitment processes, MSP/VMS environments, staff augmentation models, and enterprise client engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and client referrals.

Identify and acquire direct clients for IT staffing and consulting services.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Work closely with recruitment teams to align client requirements with candidate delivery.

Understand client staffing needs and provide customized workforce solutions.

Handle contract negotiations, rate discussions, and service agreements.

Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and track activities through CRM tools.

Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure timely submissions and closures.

Build long-term strategic partnerships with clients across multiple industries.

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in IT Services, IT Consulting, or Staffing Industry.

Strong knowledge of Staffing / Recruitment lifecycle.

Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS models.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

Strong understanding of IT technologies and hiring trends.

Ability to generate leads independently and convert opportunities into business.

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job portals, CRM tools, and email campaigns.

Strong presentation and relationship-building capabilities.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.

Existing client network within IT Staffing or Consulting industry is an added advantage.

Experience handling market staffing requirements preferred.
