Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager / Business Development Manager with a strong background in Non-IT US Staffing. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in client handling, revenue generation, business development, and managing a team of Non-IT recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow direct client accounts in the US market.
  • Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of Non-IT recruiters.
  • Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely delivery on client requirements.
  • Handle client communication, negotiations, and account management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Non-IT US Staffing.
  • Must have managed a team of Non-IT recruiters previously.
  • Proven experience in business development and revenue generation.
  • Experience working with clients in:
  • Construction
  • Law / Legal
  • Healthcare
  • Accounting
  • Manufacturing
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
  • Experience working with direct clients preferred.
