Business Development Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans to drive company growth. The role includes managing client presentations, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.

• Strong skills in Business Development, Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Client Relationship Management
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and negotiate contracts effectively
• Experience in the healthcare, clinical research, or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Sound knowledge of clinical research processes, medical writing, and regulatory landscapes is beneficial
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
