Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will oversee strategic planning and execution of business growth initiatives, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential clients, negotiating contracts, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with the marketing team to align business objectives with customer needs.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Relationship Management, Client Acquisition, and Account Management
  • Experience in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Business Growth Development
  • Skills in Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation
  • Solid understanding of Sales Strategies and CRM tools
  • Ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and identify growth opportunities
  • Proven leadership capabilities and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Prior experience in the gemstone or luxury goods industry will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus
