Role Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and developing strategies to achieve business objectives. Key activities include identifying new markets, building client relationships, negotiating contracts, managing partnerships, and ensuring revenue growth. The role involves team collaboration to create business plans and meet target KPIs. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Jaipur, with the flexibility to work from home on certain days.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Development, Negotiation, and Relationship Management
  • Knowledge of Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Competitive Analysis
  • Strong Communication, Networking, and Presentation skills
  • Experience in Sales Management and Business Strategy development
  • Ability to think strategically and drive results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in furniture, retail, or a similar industry is a plus
