Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will take the lead in identifying and developing new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with clients, and expanding the company's market presence. Responsibilities include driving sales growth, cultivating partnerships with distributors and wholesalers, preparing sales strategies, and conducting market research. The role also involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and sustaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and relationship management skills, with experience in identifying new business opportunities and closing deals
  • Proficiency in market research, analysis, and preparing effective sales strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Understanding of the jewellery industry and familiarity with gold and CZ products (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in the jewellery or retail industry will be considered an advantage
