Role Overview
Pyrite Technologies is looking for an ambitious and result-driven Business Development Manager to expand our global client portfolio. This role is ideal for a sales professional who understands digital marketing services, can confidently engage decision-makers, and has the ability to close high-value retainers with international clients.
You will play a key role in scaling Pyrite's revenue by identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and positioning our digital solutions as long-term growth drivers for businesses worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Global Sales & Revenue Growth
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across global markets
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure
- Sell digital marketing services including SEO, Performance Marketing, Paid Ads, AI-SEO, CRO, and Website Development
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
- Engage with founders, CXOs, marketing heads, and decision-makers
- Understand client business models, growth challenges, and marketing goals
- Position Pyrite Technologies as a strategic growth partner, not just a service provider
- Build long-term client relationships and encourage upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Lead Management & Pitching
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings
- Conduct discovery calls and requirement gathering sessions
- Create and present tailored proposals, pricing plans, and strategic recommendations
- Coordinate with SEO, PPC, and strategy teams for customized pitches
Market & Sales Intelligence
- Research target industries, competitors, and market trends
- Identify new verticals and regions for expansion
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts using CRM tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 to 7 years of experience in business development or sales
- Prior experience selling digital marketing services is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of SEO, paid advertising, performance marketing, and digital growth concepts
- Experience selling to international clients across different geographies
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and close high-ticket retainers
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to US, UK, Middle East, or European markets
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
- Background in agency sales, SaaS sales, or consulting services
- Understanding of AI-driven marketing or marketing technology solutions
