#Overview

We are seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring for clinical and non-clinical roles. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Medical Assistants, Allied Health professionals, and other healthcare staff. This role partners with hiring managers to ensure timely, high-quality staffing across the organization.

#KeyResponsibilities:

Source, screen, and hire qualified candidates for roles including RNs, CNAs, LPNs, MAs, and allied health positions.

Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and offers.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.

Communicate with candidates throughout the process to ensure a positive experience.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and market conditions.

Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure compliance with healthcare hiring standards.
