Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing strategies to drive growth. Daily responsibilities include market research, creating business development plans, generating and nurturing leads, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align goals and deliver value to clients while meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Consultative Pitching, and Client Relationship Management
  • Experience with Market Research, Lead Generation strategies, and Networking
  • Knowledge in Negotiation, Contract Management, and Partnership Building
  • Ability to develop Marketing Plans and Strategic Planning for business growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis to extract actionable insights
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) with 1+ years of experience.
  • Prior experience in marketing, consulting, or digital agency business development is a plus
