Business Development Manager (BDM)
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager with a proven track record in sales leadership. The ideal candidate will excel at each phase of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Key Responsibilities:
- Meet prospective wedding clients for consultations and package discussions
- Understand client needs and suggest suitable photography/videography services
- Prepare customized proposals and close sales deals
- Follow up with leads from social media, website, referrals, and wedding expos
- Maintain lead database and update CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of shoots
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Handle client payments, invoicing, and follow-ups
- Review contracts and receipts for accuracy
- Attend weekly sales meetings and share updates
- Suggest pricing strategies and package improvements
- Resolve client issues before, during, and after events
- Build long-term client relationships and generate referrals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing (preferred)
- 13 years of experience in sales, business development, or wedding services
- Prior photography/videography industry experience is a strong plus
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills
- Proven ability to close high-value B2C deals
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital platforms
- Fluent in English, Telugu & Hindi.
