Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our staffing services across the US market. This is a hunter role focused on building relationships and closing deals.
Primary Responsibilities
- New Business Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new client accounts across various industries
- Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR directors, and C-level executives
- Market Research: Identify market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to create targeted sales strategies
- Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasting.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in staffing, recruiting, or HR services
- Track Record: Proven success in new business development with measurable results
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of US staffing industry, labor laws, and hiring processes
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technology: Proficiency with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales tools
