About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new clients, onboarding international direct campaigns, and building long-term strategic partnerships.
This role offers significant ownership and exposure, allowing you to work directly with advertisers, agencies, and global partners while contributing to the company's expansion across international markets.
For high performers, this position provides a clear pathway to progress into a Team Lead role and take on greater leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify, prospect, and acquire new advertisers, agencies, and brand partnerships across domestic and international markets.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, and industry events.
Conduct sales presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and close new business opportunities.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
International Direct Campaign Onboarding
Source and onboard new international direct campaigns across multiple verticals.
Build relationships with global advertisers and agencies to secure exclusive and high-performing campaigns.
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including commercial discussions, campaign setup, tracking requirements, and launch coordination.
Ensure smooth campaign activation by working closely with internal operations and account management teams.
Relationship Management
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account growth and retention.
Campaign Ownership & Growth
Take complete ownership of assigned campaigns and partnerships.
Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with internal teams to improve results and client ROI.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to drive business growth.
Share actionable insights and recommendations with clients and internal stakeholders.
Industry Representation
Represent Performance Launchpad at industry conferences, networking events, trade shows, and business meetings.
Build a strong professional network within the performance marketing and digital advertising ecosystem.
Stay updated on industry trends, affiliate marketing developments, and emerging advertising technologies.
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Digital Advertising, Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, Media Sales, or a related field.
Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close business deals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Understanding of performance marketing models such as CPA, CPL, CPI, CPS, and affiliate marketing ecosystems.
Ability to manage multiple client relationships and business opportunities simultaneously.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to business growth.
