Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and collaborating with various teams to develop strategic plans. You will focus on expanding the company's service offerings, negotiating contracts, conducting market research, and analyzing business trends. The role also includes preparing business presentations, meeting sales targets, and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth within the corporate travel and electric vehicle market.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience and skills in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills to develop and close deals effectively.
  • Knowledge and experience in automotive, travel, or corporate transportation industries, with an emphasis on electric vehicles being a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with corporate clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to market trends, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other business development tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent service and a customer-focused approach.
  • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in the Japanese language would be an added advantage.
