Role Overview

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Global Growth team. In this role, you'll own the complete sales cycle—from identifying and prospecting high-potential creators to nurturing relationships and converting them into active SuperProfile users. This is a high-ownership, target-driven role where you'll play a key part in driving global revenue and expanding our creator community.

What You'll Be Doing

Own Lead Generation

  • Independently identify, research, and generate qualified leads across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and other creator communities.
  • Build and maintain your own sales pipeline through cold outreach, social selling, networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting.
  • Reach out to creators through emails, DMs, calls, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.
  • Consistently achieve lead generation, outreach, and conversion targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and opportunities in the CRM.

Pitch Like a Pro

  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations tailored to creators needs.
  • Understand creators business goals and demonstrate how SuperProfile can help them grow their audience and monetize effectively.
  • Handle objections confidently, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals successfully.

Build Relationships That Last

  • Be the go-to partner for creators by building trust and long-term relationships.
  • Listen actively, solve problems, and ensure creators have the best possible experience on the platform.
  • Drive creator retention through proactive engagement, follow-ups, and continuous support.

Team Up and Win

  • Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align sales strategies and improve creator acquisition.
  • Share creator feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence to help enhance the product and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and optimize the sales process.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Growth roles, preferably in SaaS, creator economy, EdTech, or digital products.
  • Proven ability to independently generate leads and build a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage creators across global markets and time zones.
  • Commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Experience handling CRM tools and managing sales funnels.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Genuine interest in the creator economy, digital content, and online businesses.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
