Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with coaching institutes, schools, and educational organizations to generate partnership opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including Principals, Directors, Owners, and Academic Heads.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the organization's offerings.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and successfully close business deals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase institutional collaborations and student enrollments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of partnerships.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the education sector.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and closures in the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
