Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth by connecting with HR, L&D, and business leaders across organizations. The role involves generating leads, conducting meetings, building corporate relationships, and closing partnerships for employee education and development programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to prospective corporate clients through cold calling, email outreach, Visit Offices, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with HR, Learning & Development (L&D), Talent Management, and business leaders.
  • Present CareerSecure's higher education and workforce development solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across organizations.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable learning and development solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
  • Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution of corporate partnerships.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Min. 2 year of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Development, B2B EdTech Sales, HR Solutions, Training, or Learning & Development sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and client meetings.
  • Willing to travel for official work, including client meetings, corporate outreach, and partnership discussions.
  • Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
  • Candidate must have own laptop.
