We have opening for Business Development manager in IT Staffing for US market (Night Shift) for Openmind Technologies Inc a Tier # 1 fastest growing company HQ in California USA for its Mumbai Branch office in Mindspace (Malad West), Mumbai, India. Openmind has core domain expertise in AI, Business Intelligence Big Data, Web Integration and Cloud Infrastructure. Domains include Social Media, Hi-tech, AI startups, Medical, Pharmaceutical, Investment firms., Healthcare and Manufacturing. Our portfolio of clients include Jefferies, Splunk, Cisco, Atlassian, Crowdstrike, Genentech, McGrath, Dover DFS and Twitter X. We are looking for Mid-level to Senior business development managers to expand our current client portfolio and grow with our organization.

The successful candidate will have a bright smart and hard working committed for new business development and success of the business by implementing Sales strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement. We are looking for bright individuals with a correct blend of understanding of Software IT Technologies and experience in out bound Sales or Business Development in IT.

Responsibilities:

  • - Work with management team to identify and evaluate market, new target clients
  • - Work with Industry Leads/Senior management team to develop and implement strategic sales
  • - Make cold calls and have effective follow up strategy
  • - Identify and target specific new profitable business opportunities
  • - Initiate and complete proposals and presentation for new business opportunities
  • -Generate and follow-up on leads for new inquiries and undertake meetings with potential clients to explain profitable business opportunities
  • - Handling responsibility of coming up with suitable solutions for increasing the closures
  • -Develop new business opportunities and strategic sales initiatives for Integrators, while developing B2B relationships.
  • -Meet goals and metrics
  • -Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
  • -Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws

Core competencies:

Should have 2 to 5 yrs experience in Business development in IT Staffing industry or Information Technology Industry

  • Good understanding of IT Technologies and Software Skills
  • At least 2 to 3 years hard core Sales experience in IT Software Industry
  • Ability to work with both Technical Managers /Directors and V level executives
  • Sufficient knowledge of IT Skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
  • Familiarity with US Market or prior experience in Staffing or IT Consulting services industry is a big plus
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and persuade clients
  • Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously while positioning company services against direct and indirect competitors
  • Should be results driven and customer focused
  • Experience using Linkedin Marketing, Sales Navigator, Research
  • Excellent communication skills and US communication standards
