Job Description

Required Skill Set:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT/ERP solutions domain
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel as required

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive sales and market expansion
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in ERP solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, pre-sales, and technical teams, to tailor solutions for client needs
  • Lead negotiations, close high-value deals, and ensure smooth contract execution
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry
  • Drive revenue growth by managing sales pipelines, forecasts, and reporting
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
