Role Overview :
We are hiring a performance-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead B2B / project sales and expand market presence for our drinking water solutions. The role focuses on client acquisition, sales closure, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive end-to-end sales: meetings, presentations, negotiation, and closure
- Develop business with builders, developers, architects, interior/kitchen designers, and contractors
- Generate and convert leads; ensure strong sales pipeline
- Conduct product demonstrations and client site visits
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions
- Achieve revenue targets and guide the sales / BDE team
- Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, and forecast.
- Coordinate with operations & accounts for invoicing and collections
Candidate Profile :
- Experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / Project Sales
- Proven sales and closure capability
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
- Target-oriented with good planning & follow-up skills
- Experience in dealing with architects / builders is a plus
