This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi, Kerala, for a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential partners, corporate clients, and educational institutions. Key responsibilities include researching and analyzing market trends, developing sales strategies, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to align business goals. The Business Development Manager will also drive revenue growth, handle client negotiations, and represent the academy at industry events and meetings.

• Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Ability to conduct Market Research and create innovative Revenue Growth Strategies
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
• Experience in building and nurturing partnerships with organizations and educational institutions
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is a plus
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the cybersecurity or technology training industry is advantageous
