Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Kochi for a Business Development Manager at Offenso Hackers Academy. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing partnerships, and maintaining client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include market research, client outreach, presenting training programs to potential customers, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves working closely with the marketing team to develop strategies and campaigns aimed at expanding the academy's presence globally.

Qualifications
  • Strong business development skills, including sales strategy, lead generation, and client relationship management.
  • Experience in market research, identifying target audiences, and understanding market trends.
  • Proficiency in presentation skills, communication, and negotiation for pitching services and closing deals.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with the marketing and operations teams to align business strategies.
  • Understanding of the cybersecurity industry and familiarity with training programs (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven work experience in sales, business development, or a similar role is an advantage.
