Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Business Development Manager. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, creating strategic initiatives, and managing sales pipelines. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to design customized solutions for clients and drafting compelling proposals and presentations. The Business Development Manager will also regularly conduct market research to stay informed about trends and competitors to drive business growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong business development and sales expertise, including experience in client relationship management and strategic planning.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Business Intelligence, and Cloud Services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and conduct competitive analysis.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to design tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Prior experience in IT services or technology-related roles is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field is required; a Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales software is advantageous.
