Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager

to drive client acquisition and manage strategic accounts within the recruitment domain.

The role involves understanding client hiring needs, delivering tailored talent solutions, and

ensuring long-term relationship management to support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients through strategic business development

initiatives.

• Manage and grow key client accounts by understanding their hiring plans and

workforce needs.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction

and service delivery.

• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality

closures.

• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements.

• Ensure timely invoicing and actively follow up on payments to maintain healthy

cash flow.

• Prepare and present monthly performance, revenue, and client reports to

management.

• Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine strategies.

• Drive revenue targets and ensure consistent business growth.

What We're Looking For:

• 4–6 years of experience in business development or key account management within

recruitment/staffing.

• Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Good understanding of technical and non-technical hiring requirements.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.

• Strong ownership mindset with a focus on revenue growth and client satisfaction.

• Experience in handling invoicing and payment follow-ups.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven expertise in driving client acquisition and revenue growth in

recruitment/staffing.

• Strong account management skills with a focus on client retention and expansion.

• Ability to independently manage end-to-end client lifecycle (onboarding to delivery).

• Strong commercial acumen including pricing, negotiations, and contract handling.

• Effective collaboration with internal teams to ensure delivery against client

expectations.

• Result-oriented mindset with consistent achievement of targets and KPIs.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle client escalations professionally.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience working with multiple industry domains (IT & Non-IT hiring).

• Familiarity with CRM tools and recruitment platforms.

• Basic understanding of contracts, SLAs, and commercial terms.

• Strong analytical skills for reporting and presenting business insights.

• Existing client network or proven track record of client acquisition.
