Job Description:
We are looking to hire a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Nimble Property, focusing on the US hospitality market. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting or a B.Com degree, and a minimum of 2 years experience in the finance domain, preferably interacting with hospitality clients. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of financial workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development initiatives by connecting with potential clients in the US hospitality industry.
- Understand client financial processes and requirements to offer tailored product demonstrations.
- Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to generate leads and schedule demos.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads to the onboarding stage.
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs related to lead generation, client engagement, and demo scheduling.
- Stay informed on industry developments, hospitality sector trends, and competitor strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field; accounting background preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in business development or sales, with exposure to finance or accounting systems.
- Prior experience or understanding of the hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to grasp and explain financial workflows to clients clearly.
- Comfortable working night shifts to match US market hours.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and track engagement.
- Self-starter with a strong drive to meet targets and grow client relationships.
