Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) for the US IT Staffing industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in client acquisition, lead generation, account management, and revenue growth across the US staffing market. Candidates with an existing client base and proven relationships with direct clients, implementation partners, or MSPs/VMS clients will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities in the US IT Staffing market through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and strategic lead generation.
- Acquire direct clients, implementation partners, and staffing accounts for IT staffing services.
- Leverage existing client relationships to generate immediate business opportunities and staffing requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
- Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, rate cards, MSA/SOW agreements, and commercial terms.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure and account growth.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM updates.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4 – 8 years of experience in US IT Staffing business development.
- Strong experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Existing active client relationships and proven revenue generation track record preferred.
- Good understanding of US staffing models including W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Experience working with MSP/VMS environments is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets.

- Experience with ATS/CRM tools.
- Strong LinkedIn networking and email campaign skills.
- Knowledge of emerging technology hiring trends including Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and ERP hiring.
