1. Business Development Manager (BDM)

Experience: 4–8 Years

Location: Bhubaneswar / Hyderabad

Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

Responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and building strong relationships with clients across international markets (USA, Canada, Europe).

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, generate, and qualify leads in international markets (USA, Canada, Europe)

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

• Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements

• Present and position company services (Software Testing, Cybersecurity, AI, Web Applications)

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

• Prepare proposals in coordination with pre-sales and technical teams

• Drive outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels

• Negotiate and close deals while meeting revenue targets

• Maintain long-term relationships with global clients

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in B2B IT services sales (mandatory)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Experience working with international clients

• Hands-on experience in lead generation and client acquisition

• Ability to independently manage the sales lifecycle

• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

Preferred:

• Experience in selling services like Software Testing, Cybersecurity, AI, or Web Applications

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems

• Experience in outbound sales and LinkedIn prospecting
