Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with existing and potential clients, and maintaining detailed knowledge of the infrastructure consulting industry. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, overseeing market research to identify new project opportunities, preparing proposals and presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills
• Proficient in market research, strategic planning, and proposal preparation
• Knowledge of the infrastructure consulting industry, including transportation, urban planning, and environmental projects
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools
• Relevant bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred
• Experience in a similar role, including proven success in identifying and securing business opportunities
