Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Business Development Manager. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and contributing to the company's strategic growth. The role involves conducting market research, developing proposals, implementing business development plans, and meeting revenue targets. You will also collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen, sales, and negotiation skills to drive growth and achieve targets
• Experience in market research, lead generation, and client relationship management
• Team collaboration, leadership, and organizational capabilities
• Knowledge of education consulting services, especially related to international education, is advantageous
• Proficiency in communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field; MBA preferred
