The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within the SaaS sector, particularly with HR technology solutions. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and developing strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion for our HR Tech SaaS solutions.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new verticals and geographic regions, to expand our customer base and market share.
  • Client Acquisition: Lead the acquisition of high-value clients by understanding their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry influencers, and strategic partners to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Leadership: Mentor and guide junior business development team members, providing support in complex sales processes and helping them achieve their targets.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our HR Tech SaaS products and solutions, and effectively communicate their value propositions to prospective clients.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and threats in the HR Tech space.
  • Sales Forecasting: Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
