Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include market research, developing and presenting business proposals, negotiating partnerships, collaborating with internal teams, and identifying strategies to grow client accounts. The role requires strong communication and analytical skills, with a focus on meeting organisational growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in market research, prospecting, and lead generation
• Skills in managing client relationships, negotiation, and communication
• Experience in strategic planning, business analysis, and sales forecasting
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity and IT infrastructure solutions such as cloud security, data security, and EDR/XDR/MDR
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree
• Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in business development roles for Min. 2 to 5 years within IT or cybersecurity industry is preferred
