Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – US IT Staffing

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Shift: Night Shift (US Hours 07:00 PM To 04:00 AM)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and market research.
  • Acquire and manage direct clients for US IT staffing services.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams to deliver qualified candidates.
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements with clients.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and client reports.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts (US business hours).
  • Proven track record of achieving business development and revenue targets.
  • Ability to work from the Gurgaon office.
