Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site role based. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, building relationships with schools and institutions, and driving the implementation of our music education program. The role involves conducting presentations, negotiating partnerships, and overseeing client onboarding and satisfaction. Additionally, the candidate will analyze market trends, generate leads, and propose strategies to meet growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales, and Client Acquisition
  • Proficiency in Negotiation, Relationship Building, and Networking
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends, generate leads, and develop strategic plans
  • Familiarity with the education sector and an understanding of music education is a plus
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and the MS Office Suite is desirable

Desired Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Education, EdTech, Institutional Sales, or B2B Sales in the K-12 Schools segment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented professional.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • School Acquisition Target: 15 Schools Annually
