Job Description

Location – New Delhi

Experience Required – 5 to 10 Years

Compensation – Upto 15 LPA

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and professional to drive business growth through new product development, market expansion, OEM partnerships, and strategic alliances. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in lending products, channel development, and partnership management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across secured and unsecured lending
  • Drive expansion into new markets, geographies, and customer segments
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and initiatives
  • Build and manage relationships with OEMs, dealers, aggregators, and strategic partners
  • Lead partner onboarding, negotiations, and commercial agreements
  • Drive partnership-led growth, including co-lending and embedded finance opportunities
  • Work closely with Product, Credit, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams to launch new lending products
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify customer needs
  • Drive revenue growth, channel productivity, and partner engagement
  • Present business performance and growth plans to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Graduate in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 5–10 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, or Market Development within NBFCs, Banks, Fintechs, or Financial Services
  • Strong knowledge of secured and unsecured lending products
  • Proven experience in OEM partnerships, channel development, and market expansion
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
