We are looking for a dynamic Senior Solution Advisor to engage with business leaders, including CTOs, CXOs, Founders, and Sales Heads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, appointment scheduling, solution discussions, and supporting the sales team in driving business growth within the CPaaS/CCaaS ecosystem.
Engage with decision-makers to understand business requirements and communication challenges.
Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting and client interactions.
Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and discovery sessions for the sales team.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client communication.
Assist in preparing customized proposals, quotations, and solution presentations.
Stay updated on industry trends, use cases, and cloud communication technologies.
Build awareness of solutions such as:
2–6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Pre-Sales, or Customer Engagement.
Experience in CPaaS, CCaaS, SaaS, Telecom, Cloud Communication, or IT Solutions preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to interact confidently with CXOs and senior decision-makers.
Good understanding of cloud-based communication technologies.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated professional.
