Role: Business Development Intern

We are looking for a motivated and aspiring Business Development Intern to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and business development within a fast-growing marketing agency.

Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential clients via LinkedIn, Instagram, and outbound calls

Conduct outreach, follow-ups, and lead nurturing to drive interest

Assist in crafting and delivering pitches for our suite of marketing services

Support the team in generating new business leads and opportunities

Help onboard new clients and assist in building long-term relationships

Learn the end-to-end business development process and develop a strong foundation in sales and growth strategies

Requirements

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn

Comfortable with outreach, networking, and client engagement

Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, or a related field (freshers are welcome)

A keen interest in sales, marketing, and business development

Compensation Structure

This is a stipend-based internship opportunity

Upon closing 25,000 or more in sales, you will receive a fixed stipend of 5,000

Once you surpass 25,000 in sales, you will earn a 10% commission on the amount above 25,000

If you do not reach 25,000, you will still earn a 10% commission on total sales, but no stipend
