Job Description

Location: NCR (Delhi-NCR)

This role will be based out of our Delhi office, with responsibilities spanning across Rest of India (ROI) regions.

Experience: Fresher (01 year)

Stipend: 12,000 - 15,000/month

Duration: 3 months (potential to convert to full-time based on performance)

Travel requirements will be applicable post successful completion of the probation period.

About the Role: Business Development Intern (NCR)

We're looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Business Development Intern to join our NCR team at Hudle, a fast-growing sports tech startup. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in B2B partnerships, sales operations, and growth execution within a startup environment.

You will work closely with our Business Development Manager to drive the onboarding and activation of new sports venues on the Hudle App. From shadowing high-impact meetings to coordinating with partners and internal teams, you'll play an active role in building our venue network and ensuring a seamless onboarding journey.

This internship will give you exposure to real-world sales conversations, operations processes, and startup thinkingperfect for someone looking to build a career in business development, sports management, or SaaS sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive onboarding operations for new venue partners, including data collection, documentation, and go-live coordination

  • Liaise directly with sports venue managers/owners to gather account details, agreements, and other onboarding requirements

  • Coordinate internally with partner growth team to ensure smooth venue creation and platform readiness

  • Ensure CRM accuracy and data hygiene, while tracking progress and flagging bottlenecks

  • Shadow sales calls and partner meetings, learning how to pitch, handle objections, and close deals

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to help the team onboard partners more efficiently

  • Take initiative to solve operational challenges, act as a bridge between sales and back-end teams, and help scale Hudle's presence across NCR

Who Should Apply

  • You are a fresh graduate or final-year student looking for hands-on sales exposure

  • Based in Delhi-NCR, with the flexibility to travel locally for venue visits

  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with comfort using Excel, WhatsApp, and basic digital tools

  • Self-motivated and eager to learn in a startup environment

  • Passion for sports is a strong plus!
