Job SummaryVisko Group is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive (Inside Sales & Lead Generation) to support our sales growth by identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and converting them into business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and skilled in communication and inside sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities- Generate high-quality leads through inside sales activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements and business potential.
- Maintain and update lead databases, CRM systems, and sales pipelines.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present relevant solutions offered by Visko Group.
- Schedule meetings/demos for the field sales or senior sales team.
- Support end-to-end lead nurturing and conversion process.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
- Prepare and share lead status reports and performance updates with management.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients through consistent communication.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, telecalling, or business development.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Experience in B2B lead generation is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, email automation, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Ability to handle high-volume calling and digital prospecting.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer engagement abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills- Experience in industrial or manufacturing sector sales (added advantage).
- Ability to understand client pain points and tailor solutions.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
