Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify, research, and target potential B2B clients in domestic and international IT markets.
- Generate leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and industry events.
Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new IT B2B clients.
- Build strong value propositions aligned with client business and technology needs.
Sales Pipeline Management
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Ensure consistent follow-ups and timely deal closures.
Market Expansion
- Contribute to company growth by exploring new markets, geographies, and IT verticals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
Proposal, Presentation & Negotiation
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
- Lead negotiations and close deals in alignment with company policies.
Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to meet client requirements.
Reporting & Target Achievement
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Skills Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi mandatory; additional languages are a plus).
- Mandatory experience in IT B2B Sales / Business Development.
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), MS Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and digital outreach platforms.
- Ability to communicate confidently with domestic and international clients.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 45 years of proven experience in IT B2B Sales / Business Development (SaaS / IT services / software products).
- Experience handling domestic and international clients is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
